Founder, Women’s Entrepreneur Retreat Jamaica | International Speaker | Author | Business & Revenue Strategist | Queen of Non-Pushy Sales Training

With over 36 years of entrepreneurial experience, Erika Vassell-Elliott has built businesses across the beauty, wellness, medical, restaurant, retail, and service industries. From owning her first salon at 19 and a restaurant at just 20 to becoming a top leader in direct sales, Erika knows firsthand what it takes to build, rebuild, lead, and grow a successful business.

Today, Erika is an international speaker, author, podcast host, and business strategist who helps women entrepreneurs build profitable businesses, strengthen their confidence, and create success on their own terms—without sacrificing their authenticity, health, or happiness.

As the creator of the 5-Step Blessing Method™ and Your Online Biz Hub™, Erika helps entrepreneurs attract more clients, increase sales, simplify technology, and implement systems that support sustainable growth—without pushy sales tactics.

Now in its fourth year, Erika’s Women’s Entrepreneur Retreat in Jamaica reflects her belief that true success begins with the WHOLE Entrepreneur. Because building a successful business means very little if you’re too exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself to enjoy it.

As your host and speaker, Erika brings together business strategy, mindset, confidence, personal branding, and meaningful connections. Her approach helps women move beyond fear, procrastination, and self-doubt while discovering new opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Erika believes women shouldn’t have to choose between building a profitable business and living a fulfilling life. They deserve both.

Her mission is simple: Help women rediscover their confidence, recognize their worth, build profitable businesses, and step fully into the QUEENS they were born to be.

Come as you are. Leave ready to reign.
